Courses and programmes built for practical learning
Explore structured programmes and workshops covering innovation fundamentals, entrepreneurship learning, strategic thinking, organisational development, leadership, and continuous professional growth for participants across Canada.
How programmes are designed
A course description should do more than list topics. Coup B.V. structures programmes around three things that make education usable in real work: a shared vocabulary, a repeatable method, and documentation that can survive past the workshop. That means each programme follows a consistent cadence (weekly objectives, guided exercises, review moments) and uses templates that keep participant outputs comparable—whether the cohort is made up of individuals or an organisational team.
In innovation and entrepreneurship modules, the work is deliberately methodical: problem framing, assumptions, constraints, and a lightweight measurement plan. Strategic thinking sessions add scenario reasoning and trade-off logging, so decisions are explained rather than merely chosen. For organisational development and leadership topics, the focus shifts to process mapping, stakeholder alignment, meeting hygiene, and feedback loops—small practices that compound over time.
Programmes are available across Canada through online participation formats. When an organisation requests a cohort, we clarify the intended learning outcomes first and only then recommend a programme track and delivery format.
